My visit to the Tamayo's museum

Hi my dear readers! today I'm going to talking about of my visit of Tamayo's musuem, and I show you a litte information of the history of the museum, I hope you enjoy my entry of this night.

History of the museum.

The civil association foundation Olga and Rufino Tamayo. It was instituted  in 1989 by the teacher Rufino Tamayo and his wife Olga, with the objective for supporting the infrastructure of the museum, as well as developing of the projects of investigation and programming of Tamayo’s Museum.  His mission is contribute to strengthening culture heritage in Mexico supporting the homeworks of investigation, acquirement, presentation and diffusion of contemporary art, the collection art of Tamayo’s Museum, as well as the work of his founder, Rufino Tamayo. His vision is consolidate and support civil association and foment to contemporary art most prestigious of Mexico and Latinoamerica by strengthening of the mixed collaboration between Federal Gobernacion and  the private initiative.

Brief history and main works of the arquitect who design the museum.

Teodoro González de León was born in 1926, he studied architecture at UNAM. In 1947 he got an scholarship from the french government and he worked for 18 months workshop Le Corbusier. He took part in the working team for the Room Unit of Marsella and L’Usine Duval de St. Dié in France. He came back to Mexico at the end of the 40’s and since then he had developed an uninterrupted professional activity with big public and private buildings.
He was the architect in charge of designing the Rufino Tamayo’s museum, for this project he made a deep investigation where, between other aspects, he visited several museums around the world. He started the design in 1972, but the building process began until 1979 and concluded two years later, in 1981. The outcome was a building with a very special design, that made him and his partner Abraham Zabludovsky worthy of winning the Premio Nacional de Ciencias y Artes, in the category “fine arts” in 1982.
He’s also the author of the INFONAVIT building, the remodeling of the National Auditorium, the Mexico’s schoolhouse, among others.

Geometry forms that dominate the museum

Irregular shapes, and the prenominal  is a pyramid shape.

Material and colors that dominate the museum.

The museum was mainly build with concrete mixed with white marble, as well as with glass and wood for the floor.
As the museum is mostly made of concrete, the predominating colour that you can see is gray, but the paintings are in very different colours and you can also appreciate the colour brown because of the made of wood floor and some sculptures.

Museum lighting

When I entry to the museum it’s perceived a dum light, protruding from the white walls, at the same time makes the artworks are most striking.

Feelings and emotions

When I arrive to the museum, I feel peace and tranquility

Distributions of rooms

They are all around the museum, divided by exhibitions. Although they are connected because you can move for one to another without any problem.

My opinion

Is a good museum, and have art not very common, I really recommended visit this museum, because, the location is beautiful and you have pass a good time with your family or friends.

Pitch Perfect Review

Hi my little's readers! tonight I am going to talking about pitch perfect (movie) i hope you enjoy :)

Is a movie of 2012 year, the director is Jason Moore, it was recorded in United States, the protagonist are Anna Kendrick, Skylar Astin, Rebel Wilson, Anna Camp, Brittany Snow. It’s a comedy musician movie.

Beca is one of those girls who prefer  to hear what comes out of her head what her can say to someone.  In the university she don´t have any group, but her father force to choose one who never she choose, formed by bad girls, good girls, and freaky girls who only share one thing, how good they sound when they are together.  The group name is “The Barden Bellas”. They will have to be accepted as they actually are, will have work in team. Accept their differences and  triumph as a great team who are.

I like so much the movie, because it makes you have a good time with your friends and family, the movie have any parts where you are going to laugh a lot, and pass happy time, I also liked how they handled the covers.

I fully recommend if you like a comedy and musical movies, you pass a good time with your friends or family,

Here you can see the trailer.

Mexican grey wolf in danger!

Hi my dear readers! today I'm going to talking about of mexican grey wolf, this animal are a subspecies of wolf one of the most little, In 1976 it was declared a subspecies in danger but there situation was bad, as currently is classified at UICN as extinct in wild status.

Characteristics

  • Is a beautiful animal of night habits, and they lives in herds of 5 to 12.

  • They life expectancy are 8 to 13 years in wild status, and 12 to 15 years in captivity.
  • They fur is grey and sometimes with reddish.
  • They feed mainly of moose, deer, rabbit and rodents.

Why de animal is in danger?

The extinction has been largely because of persistent control to eliminate this animals that will not attack to the cattle, throughout the century XX the animals reduce in Mexico mainly for this reason, there may still remain some hundreds in the 50´s, but in decade of 70’s was no more than 50 grey wolf’s, and in the 90’s was only 10. Now the wolf’s just are of 260 between United States an Mexico, all in captive or controlled areas.

Now, what do you think?

To my mind is better live in the city because…

The things I can do in my spare time would go to visit beautiful and historic places, walk in to the woods with my friends or boyfriend, go to shopping, go to coffee shop, etc. In my opinion is good to live in the city because there more possibilities to get medicines and supplies, hospitals and security, there is more access to communicate to love ones if they have a problem, and so to act quickly.

As I see it, I prefer lives in the city because there are more accessibility to stuffs close by me, I'm lovely read and have the advantage to get places so closed where I can purchase it, at the same time we have networks to get in the Internet and be able to communicate to each other like friends and relatives really fast. The education in the city is best than the rural places because is more efficient and near by us.

New Message...

Dear Jimmy

I’m so exited to come to Mexico!, I give you some recommendations what can you do, but first, I’ll tell you like it’s my city, is a noisy place and it’s a crowded place.

Well I start with the recommendations, you can go to the museum’s, amusements park’s, wood’s, etc. You can stay in one Hotel on the centre of the city, many have a very nice view, I recommend you eat tacos, and the typical of this place as chilaquiles, enchiladas, mole con pollo, etc.

To transport you can use the metro, metrobus, and taxis, please take care in the street, I know it’s a beautiful place, but like everywhere is dangerous, so I recommend you try not to be alone, and if I can I’ll try to accompany you on some of your visits.

I really hope you enjoy your trip to my country, it will very nice see you after  so long, I miss you so much, I send you many kisses and hugs, see you soon.

Love Danny
